Authentic Interview Prep

Authentic Interview Prep allows you to record yourself answering interview prompts from your computer or mobile device. Practicing in a video-based format is particularly important these days given that many employers now conduct their interviews virtually.

Our AI algorithms are trained to evaluate signals that an interviewer will either consciously or subconsciously notice such as the ‘naturalness’ of your eye gaze, head movements, and to highlight whether you are effectively using pauses or repeating filler words like “uhm.” Authentic allows you to replay and review your practice sessions and reflect on the specific facets you need to improve upon. Through a combination of repeated practice, meaningful feedback, and self-reflection, our objective is to help our users develop the awareness and confidence they’ll need to make strong impression to your prospective future employer.
